A minimum donation of at least $250 per quarter will be donated through the PopSockets Positivity Fund, administered by ImpactAssets to support each designated nonprofit beneficiary. In the unlikely event that the designated nonprofit beneficiary is ineligible to receive the donations, including due to not being in good standing with applicable laws, ImpactAssets will reassign the grant to another organization with a similar mission. ImpactAssets distributes grants on a quarterly basis to all designated nonprofit beneficiaries.
